Ice Gold Jewellery ships all items through Fedex. Shipping prices vary according to location and timeframe. We provide options for standard and express delivery to meet the needs of your order.

$18 - Canada (tracked and insured) 1-2 business days.

$16 - USA (tracked and insured) 4-6 business days.

$25 - USA (tracked and insured) 2-3 business days.

$20 - International (no insurance no tracking) 10-20 business days.

$45 - International (tracked and insured) 4-8 business days.




Once your online purchase is complete, you receive a Fedex tracking number via email. At any time, you may visit the fedex website at and enter your tracking number to see where your package is. Shipping to an Alternate Address


If you wish to ship items to an address diferent from your billing address, we recommend that you contact your credit card company to add the new shipping address to your file. This protects you from fraudulent activity and ensures that your order is processed smoothly.


Insured Shipments


All shipments are insured. As soon as the item is shipped you assume no risk as the client. In the event that the item is damaged upon delivery, it will be replaced at no charge to you. We strongly recommend that all shipment recipients inspect the package for damages, tampering or any other issues before signing for its receipt. If there is something wrong with the package, do not accept the delivery and send it back to Ice Gold Jewellery so that we can reship your order.


Shipping Terms

2. Ice Gold Jewellery does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
