Ice Gold Jewellery ofers a 30-day return policy for all items in their original condition and without custom engraving of any kind. Our return policy requires that you return your item within 30 days of the shipment date for a full refund or exchange.
How to Return an Item
1. Fill in the return form.
2. Package your item(s) along with any certiﬁcates and information documents into a secure cardboard box along with your return form.
3. To prevent theft, do not write any text on the package which labels or indicates the contents of what is inside (i.e. “jewellery”, “diamonds”).
4. Send the package to:

Keep the shipping receipt for your protection and to ensure the package is successfully received.
The Return Process
Once your return package is received, our Quality Assurance Department undergoes a full inspection process to ensure that the item is in good condition, returned with all its original contents and that the return form is complete. If your package meets all return requirements you are issued a full refund or exchange within 3 business days.
Return Policy Terms
1. Jewellery items that are damaged, altered, resized, engraved or showing signs of wear and tear will not be accepted for return.
2. Returns without a return form will not be processed.
3. Ice Gold Jewellery is not responsible for any product damages that occur during return shipment.
4. Ice Gold Jewellery must receive your return within 30 days of its original shipping date.
5. Custom and special orders are subject to a no-return policy. We recommend that you inquire about the return policy for all items before purchase.
6. If your return package is missing items, you may be charged a replacement fee.
7. If your purchase included a special ofering, this item must also be returned in your package as well as all certiﬁcates and documentation. Should you wish to keep your special ofer item, you may request a refund less the cost of this product.
8. Ice Gold Jewellery will not accept any improperly packaged or shipped items.
